The amount of tape needed: 3 single strips
2. Place the tape a few centimeters below the patella without any stretch. Apply around the knee at 25% stretch.
4. Attach the tape without any stretch above the knee. 5-6. Repeat the above step on the knee’s other side.
7. Attach without any stretch. 8-9. Apply a strip of tape in ligament technique at 75% stretch right underneath the knee.
